How do I find and/or limit search results to peer-reviewed articles?

Answer

Many of the Library's online database have the option to limit the search results to peer-reviewed, scholarly sources.

In databases featuring the EBSCO platform, such as Academic Search Complete, one of the top filters is for "Peer Reviewed" citations.

Other databases have similar options.

Note: Using Google Scholar does not guarantee you will find a peer-reviewed source. The results from a Google Scholar search are generally acceptable for academic purposes but you should verify the peer-review nature of a journal from its own web site on the About page or the Home page.
