While the Library has limited resources that directly specify pro/con conversations among experts in a field, there is a web site called ProCon.org that may prove useful.
This nonprofit "uses professional researchers and rigorous editorial standards to explore more than 80 controversial issues from gun control and death penalty to illegal immigration and alternative energy" (from the website's Mission Statement and Overview section).
ProCon.org states that its mission is "Promoting critical thinking, education, and informed citizenship by presenting controversial issues in a straightforward, nonpartisan, and primarily pro-con format."
